We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy and pursuant to the Information Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1993.
This statement applies solely to information collected on this website.
For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. The information we collect is only used to communicate with our customers and never shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. This site does not collect cookies.
In order to use our software clients are required to provide their Trade Me user name, Trade Me registered e-mail address and where they heard about us. if you wish to use Auctionitis products with Sella you may be required to supply your Sella user name also.
We need your TradeMe user name so we can issue a registration key. The software will check that the key we issue matches up to your Trade Me username when you attempt to use the software to protect our software from unauthorised use.
Auctionitis does not store your data or validate your key via our web servers or any other background service.
We collect your TradeMe e-mail address so we can e-mail you when we release updates to the software. Using this e-mail address is the best way to ensure you receive the updates in a timely fashion. If you wish to provide us an alternative e-mail address for this purpose that is fine.
Use of Information Collected
Auctionitis Software Limited never sell, rent or give away this information except when we may be required to do so to comply with law or to protect the rights, intellectual property or safety of Auctionitis Software Limited and our users.
It is only gathered to contact the user about software keys, updates and other information on our site for which s/he has expressed interest. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
Subscription Removal
If you wish to have your subscription to one or more of our software products removed from our records for any reason, simply send us an email requesting to be removed. You will no longer be eligible for software updates and will receive no further correspondence from us.
Third Party Links
The Auctionitis website contains links to a variety of third party sites to enhance your enjoyment and use of our site and services. Auctionitis Software Limited have no control of either the content or privacy policies of such sites, nor should such links be considered an endorsement of these sites except where otherwise noted. Payment via credit card links are all done through Paymate.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement.

We are committed to resolving disputes in a timely fashion. If problems arise, users may contact us.
